Charges for Additional Data Usage
FAILOVER5 does not charge per-gigabyte fees for data usage beyond the included monthly allowance.
- There are no overage charges
- There are no pay-as-you-go data fees
- There is no automatic billing for additional data
What Happens After the Monthly Data Allowance Is Exceeded
After the included high-speed data allowance for your plan is used, data speeds may be reduced for the remainder of the billing cycle.
- Service remains active
- No additional charges are applied
- Speed reductions are intended to manage overall network capacity fairly
Speed reduction thresholds and behavior may vary based on network conditions and plan characteristics.
Billing Cycle and Data Reset
Data usage is measured on a monthly billing cycle. Included data allowances reset automatically at the start of each new billing cycle.
Unused data does not roll over to the next billing period.
Network Management Practices
FAILOVER5 may apply reasonable network management practices, including speed reductions or traffic prioritization, particularly after a plan's data allowance has been exceeded or during periods of network congestion.
For detailed information on how traffic is managed, see our Network Management Policy.
Important Notes
- Data usage allowances apply per SIM or service line.
- Actual speeds may vary based on location, signal quality, network congestion, and equipment.
- This page provides a general explanation of data usage and does not replace plan-specific disclosures.
